We took our Ginger Ale recipe, added strawberries and lime juice to make a ready to go version of one of our most popular mixed drinks with a perfect balance of sweet and heat.

Our Strawberry Ginger Soda Syrup makes 15 drinks and is a great, low-waste alternative to plastic bottles of ginger ale or ginger beer.

This syrup is naturally sweetened with Fair Trade organic sugar and is free from artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. It’s suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

This is a syrup for Sodastream, Sparkler or any home soda maker.

Our soda syrups are designed to be mixed with sparkling or soda water. They’re the perfect pairing with your Sparkler, SodaStream or other sparkling water maker.
We use real ingredients like NZ citrus juices, Central Otago cherries, organic ginger, organic rose petals, and fair-trade organic cane sugar to make natural drinks that taste great, look spectacular and are packaged in glass.
Bottle contains 500mL of syrup which makes 15 drinks and is a great, low-waste alternative to plastic bottles.
Our soda syrups use between 30 and 40% less sugar than mainstream sodas. Plus you can mix them to suit making it a great option for fans of less sweet drinks. We only use Organic & Fair Trade raw cane sugar. For sugar free drinks check out our Seltz Drops.

  • Fill a tall glass with ice, add soda water most of the way, add 30-40mL of syrup depending on size and taste preference. Stir and garnish with citrus or herbs. This syrup can also be enjoyed hot – just add boiled water!
