At Kiwi Kitchen, we understand the importance of fast and reliable delivery when it comes to getting your favorite New Zealand products. That’s why we offer a convenient delivery service to our customers in Singapore, so you can enjoy your favorite New Zealand products without leaving the comfort of your own home.

Get your order delivered quickly and conveniently

We offer a fast and convenient delivery service to all locations in Singapore. Orders are dispatched after receipt of payment and are delivered via Kiwi Kitchen Home Delivery Service. 

We will do our best to deliver your order on the day and time of your choice. We will contact you to arrange a mutually acceptable delivery time if we are unable to deliver on the day that you have requested.

Free delivery is available for purchases over $80. Orders less than $80 will be subject to a delivery charge of $15.00

Due to the nature of traffic in Singapore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. We will make every effort to deliver within the time slot you select, however, deliveries may sometimes be made outside these times. You will receive an update from us as soon as our delivery driver is close to your location.

We ask that someone be at the delivery address to accept the order due to the nature of the frozen goods. Some customers leave a cooler with ice, outside where we can leave the frozen goods if the customer is not at home at the time of delivery. If no one is at the delivery address, the driver will attempt to contact the customer by any means of communication. The driver will wait 10 minutes before leaving for the next delivery. Arrangements will need to be made for a re-delivery with an additional charge of $15.00.

Schedule of deliveries

We deliver daily, Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (excluding public holidays). Your choice of delivery date and time slot will be available at the checkout and is subject to availability.

Delivery Notifications

We use management software that has a delivery tracking system, that sends automated notifications to our customers via sms and email. You will always know the exact location of your order and the estimated time of arrival. Naturally, some external factors can affect the actual arrival time of your delivery, so please use these estimates as a rough guide only. 

Notifications include information such as the tracking number, and the estimated delivery date and will even inform you that your delivery is the next stop.

Safe and Secure Packaging

We take great care in ensuring that your orders are safely and securely packaged for delivery. All of our products are carefully packed to ensure that they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials and follow strict guidelines to ensure that your products arrive in the best possible condition. We also use recycled boxes for your delivery where possible, in our small way we are trying to help save the planet! 

Easy Returns and Exchanges

At Kiwi Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone/email and we will update the necessary changes where possible.

For refunds, items purchased via Kiwi Kitchen will be refunded/exchanged at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

No Pickups

As our business location is in an industrial warehouse, for health and safety reasons, we don’t allow pickups at our premises by the customer.
