Orders are dispatched after receipt of payment and are delivered via Kiwi Kitchen Home Delivery Service.
We endeavour to do our best to deliver to you on your selected day and time slot. If we cannot deliver on your selected date or time we will contact you to organise a mutually acceptable delivery slot.
No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
Orders $80 and over will have free delivery. Orders under $80 have a delivery fee of $13.50.
Due to the nature of traffic in Singapore we cannot commit to an exact delivery time. We aim to deliver in the time slot selected however sometimes deliveries may occur outside these times. You will receive an SMS from us when our delivery driver is getting close.
Due to the nature of the goods being frozen we ask someone to be at delivery address to take the order. Some customers will leave a cooler box outside which we can leave the frozen goods in if the customer is not going to be home at the delivery time. If no one is at the delivery address the driver will attempt to contact the customer by all forms of communication. The driver will wait 10 mins before leaving for their next delivery. Arrangements will be need to be made for re-delivery with a fee of $13.50 applied.
There are two timeslots for deliveries, morning which is from 10am -12:30pm and afternoons, which is from 12pm – 3pm. You can select which date and timeslot you would like (subject to availability) at checkout. Deliveries are Monday to Friday. As our business location is in an industrial warehouse, for health and safety reasons we don’t allow pickups at our premises by the customer.
