Why do our gluten free Hoki bites taste so good?  Because we catch our Hoki fresh from New Zealand waters. We hand select and cut only the best pieces to be coated in gluten free breadcrumbs. And you can really taste the difference – they have a moist, flaky texture and a delicious crumb that won’t feel like a compromise.

Serve with tartare sauce on a platter or in a taco for a tasty dinner.

    As appliances vary, cooking instructions are a guideline only. Ensure Fish Bites are hot and cooked right through before serving.

    Fan bake (preferred)

    Preheat fan forced oven to 200°C. Place Fish Bites on an oven tray and cook for approx. 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

    Oven bake 

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Place Fish Bites on an oven tray and cook for approx. 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 

    Air fryer

    Set air fryer to 180° C and cook for approx. 12 minutes or until fully cooked.

  • Hoki Fillet Bites (50%), Gluten Free Crumb Coating (50%) [Water, Vegetable Oils, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Maize Flour, Maize Starch, Thickeners (450, 1404, 415, 412), Rice Bran, Maltodextrin, Yeast, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder].
