Our wild caught southern blue whiting is coated in delicious crunchy breadcrumbs. Caught from the deep sea surrounding New Zealand, it has a most, flaky texture – you can really taste the difference.

This product comes from a fishery that has been independently certified to the MSC’s standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery.
For best results cook from frozen.
As appliances vary, cooking instructions are a guideline only. Ensure Whiting are hot and cooked right through before serving.
Fan bake (preferred)
Preheat fan forced oven to 190°C. Place portions on an oven tray and cook for approx. 9 minutes on each side or until fully cooked
Oven bake
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place portions on a baking tray and cook for approx. 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Air fryer
Set air fryer to 180° C and cook frozen fillets for approx. 14 minutes or until fully cooked.
