Lewis Road Creamery has gone back to its buttery beginnings with a new Sea Salt Crystals Premium Butter joining its award-winning butter line-up. Inspired by the classic French style of butter, French Guérande sea salt crystals are added to our Unsalted Premium Butter to give the butter a delicious flavour, unique texture and brilliant bite.

Best enjoyed slathered on a thick slice of freshly baked bread, the butter is a taste sensation in itself and needs no accompaniment.

Please Note: There is no preservative in this butter. We recommend storage in the freezer until you need to use and then store in the fridge. This will prevent a “rippling” effect from the natural reaction between the sea salt crystals and the water components of the butter.
