4 x 120g croissants per packet.

Thaw for 20 mins, then place frozen on an oven tray and brush on top with a beaten egg for best results.

Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes, or longer if they need it. Every oven is different. If it is browning too quickly on the outside turn the oven down so the middle cooks.

Remember these will not puff up, they stay the size they are because they have no gluten.
