WOW – warm and yummy freshly baked croissants ready for filling and enjoying for breakfast or lunch – you just have to have a packet in the freezer!
4 x 120g croissants per packet.
- Thaw for 20 mins, then place frozen on an oven tray and brush on top with a beaten egg for best results.
- Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes, or longer if they need it. Every oven is different. If it is browning too quickly on the outside turn the oven down so the middle cooks.
- Remember these will not puff up, they stay the size they are because they have no gluten.
