Light mint sauce made in NZ to a traditional recipe with a piquant mint flavour, a perfect accompaniment to lamb. Serve with lamb either hot or cold, poultry or stir through cooked peas or potatoes. Use to make a minty vinaigrette or mix with garlic, chilli and lime for an Asian style dip.
