Canterbury Biltong (also known as Jerky) is a family run business based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Biltong is a traditional product from South Africa consisting of dried beef seasoned and cured over a period of time. Canterbury Biltong uses premium cuts of porterhouse or topside steak, ensuring you receive a great tasting, fresh, healthy snack every time.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened and if not consumed within 3 days (that’s not a challenge!), remove from bag and store in a container in the fridge.
