LRC Non-Homogenised A2 Protein

The LRC Non-homogenised A2 is fresh white milk full of flavour and celebrates that delicious cream on top!  Coming from a handful of very small farms carrying pasture fed A2/A2 cows, this wonderfully creamy milk is often touted as being kinder on the gut.

LRC Homogenised A2 Protein

The LRC homogenised A2 Protein milk is from a handful of Lewis Road Creamery’s supplying A2 farms, carrying pasture fed A2/A2 cows.   This wonderfully creamy milk is often touted as being kinder on the gut and is homogenised, meaning the cream molecules are dispersed throughout.  

Homogenised Jersey Milk

Homogenised Jersey Milk has a full bodied flavour and smooth silky texture. Perfect in your tea or coffee, on your muesli or simply a glass full. It’s milk as you remember it, milk as it should be.

A2 protein

Proteins are large biological molecules made up of long chains of amino acids.

Homogenised Milk

Milk that has been homogenized undergoes a process that distributes the milk fat throughout the milk, eliminating the cream layer. This process also extends the shelf life of the milk compared to un-homogenized milk.

Non homogenised Milk

PKE Free (Palm Kernel Expeller)

PKE makes the whole value chain of palm oil more valuable.  New Zealand is implicated in this, even if by default.  Farmers may suggest PKE is just a by-product, but it’s a by-product that increases the demand that in turn, fuels the palm oil industry to expand. 

PKE is the product produced after palm oil has been extracted from the oil palm fruit flesh, leaving the solid kernel which is then mashed, dried and powdered to make PKE.

Permeate free milk

Milk without additives; without fillers. It is natural milk. Milk as it should be. It is milk that is not diluted.

Permeate

Permeate is a by-product that is made during the manufacture of dairy products. A watery by-product.
