Muffin Mix is a product to allow you to bake at home. The product is gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, potato, preservative, sesame and peanut free, it could be egg free if using an egg replacement in your baking.

  • Mix together 100mL of oil, 250mL of rice milk or alternative, and 5mL of vanilla.

    Whisk together and add to one packet of mix (500g) and mix gently.

    Let stand for 5 min and then put into muffin tins and add flavours (savoury or sweet), let stand another 5 min and bake for 30 min at 175 °C.
