- 250g Fettuccine
- 4 (175g) Short Rindless Bacon Rashers, Chopped
- 2 cups (140g) Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1/2 cup (125mL) Milk
- 1 pkt MAGGI Creamy Carbonara Recipe Mix
- 1/2 cup (125mL)Water
How to Make
- Cook pasta following packet directions.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in pan, add bacon, cook 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and combined milk, water and MAGGI Creamy Carbonara Recipe Mix. Bring to boil, stirring
- Simmer 1 minute, stir in drained pasta. Serve immediately.
